TOUCH: an exhibition by disabled deaf-blind artists

Art has a strong inward impact on both its creators and viewer. For our creators: the deafblind residents of Maják, art therapy program was godsent as it helped them express themselves and interact with the world around them.

This relief also alleviated the frustration of not being able to communicate in traditional ways. However, the final artworks are a treat for the viewers as well. Ever wondered how someone with impaired sight would envision the Night Sky? Or A Happy Day? Or Sunrise?

Outsider Art

It will make your jaw drop! If you decide to attend, you can expect to experience

-an array of beautiful and gratifying work that reminds you of the impact of art
-an informative panel discussion focused on the topic of Outsider Art and its importance
-engagement in an event supported by influential art supporters Gerard H. Meulensteen and ABN Amro.
